| 1. Please contact us to confirm availability. |
2. Click on the PDF icon to open and print out the booking form. 
(If the form does not load click the icon again whilst pressing the 'Ctrl' key)
Most computers will open this file but you may need to download a free copy of the Adobe Acrobat Reader .

3. Complete and sign the booking form. The completed form should be sent (with deposit) to the address which is printed at the top. |
| (If booking within 6 weeks of the arrival date please send two separate cheques, one for the deposit and one for the full booking price.) |
