Terms and Conditions
No single-sex parties or unaccompanied teenagers may hire this caravan.
- The booking is secured upon receipt of a £50 deposit. The full balance is to be paid at least 6 weeks before the arrival date. We reserve the right to re-let the caravan if the balance is not paid by the due time. The deposit cheque will be retained but only cashed in the event of damage, loss, additional cleaning or laundry as a result of your stay.
- Bashley Park Club Membership can be obtained direct from Hoburne Bashley for an additional charge. A membership application form will be sent with the booking confirmation. Payment is to be made directly to Hoburne Bashley. The Club Membership will enable you to use the facilities in the Club and to attend the evening cabaret. The form must be completed and signed by all persons over the age of 18 years before being returned to Bashley park. The names of all persons and children (including babies) under the age of 18 must be entered on the form with their ages stated (including babies).
- Cancellations - please call us by telephone and confirm in writing. Any money paid (less the deposit) will be returned if cancelled in writing at least 6 weeks before commencement. If you cancel within the 6 weeks then all money will be due, but if we are able to re-let the caravan for that period we will refund the whole amount (less the deposit). Holiday insurance is strongly recommended, which should cover you in these circumstances.
- If the caravan should become unavailable for any reason prior to or during your stay, alternative accommodation cannot be provided. The full hire fee will be refunded in these circumstances.
- Only persons named on the booking form should stay in the caravan.
- The period of occupancy of the caravan is from 3pm on the day of arrival to 10.30am on the day of departure.
- No pets are allowed.
- No smoking in the caravan.
- No laundry is to be hung outside the caravan.
- The caravan should be left in a clean and tidy condition at the end of your stay.
- The person signing the booking form takes responsibility for any loss or damage to the caravan and contents.
- There is a Park speed limit in force of 15mph. In places this is reduced to 10mph.
- No ball games are permitted between or around caravans. The recreation areas provided (football field etc) should be used to play games.
- Excessive noise levels are not permitted particularly between 11pm and 9am. Please be considerate to your neighbours at all times.
- Car parking spaces are provided near to the caravan. Please do not park on the grass.
